Since we fired up our rotisseries in 2005, we have been perfecting the craft of serving meat to our guests using traditional Southern Brazilian roasting & serving techniques.
Originating in Southern Brazil, most notably in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, the style of service we offer is the tableside carving of rotisserie cooked meats by our Gauchos. When you flip your token to Green, the parade of meats begins. If you want to rest, turn your token to Red and when you are ready for more just turn it back to Green. Keep doing that until you've tried every skewer or until your appetite for meat has been satisfied! If the meat that comes to you is not cooked to your liking, let the gaucho know and he will be back with the perfect skewer. Our Signature Rodizio service starts your meal with a trip to our salad bar where you will find a variety of cold and hot items. End your meal with our famous carrot-cake, or decadent flourless chocolate cake. Our Papaya cream dessert (with a touch of creme de cassis) is also a perfect way to end your meal. For those with a smaller appetite, we do offer an a-la-carte service where you can get an entree of your single most favorite meat, or a burger, or a pizza, or just an appetizer or shareable plate which you can pair with your favorite beverage and enjoy the company of your family or friends.
We have a fantastic wine list, serve beer, cocktails, and nonalcoholic options. From Brazil, we have Xingu, Guarana and, of course, Brazil’s national drink, the Caipirinha!

We can accommodate special food, drinks, wine & dessert requests for celebrations of all sizes.
We have a private dining room which can accommodate from 12-30 people. We also have a seasonal patio which can be booked for groups of up to 60 people.
