Have heard amazing things about Carnaval, but had never been. I made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely amazing! Food was delicious, desserts were divine and the service was impeccable! If you haven’t been, you are missing out! Can’t wait to return.

We were celebrating my daughter in laws MBA graduation. I didn’t think we would have a problem getting a reservation for an early dinner. I didn’t think about Mother’s Day. I called and talked to Autumn. She was absolutely awesome! She was able to seat us on the patio. We are so thankful for her! The food was excellent. No complaints. But the server was new and did not give us our plates or check on us nearly as often as we would have appreciated. We were ready to check out. There's no one to give the check to. We had to get up and go to the front to try to pay. And they reseated us and got us the waiter. ... Embarrassing! I'm not pleased about that. Then, the new waiter finally made his way over. I did, however, tip generously anyway bc I do understand he was new. And he was very friendly. So I hope the generous tip is encouraging to him as a waiter. Once he gains experience, i feel he will be an excellent waiter. I would recommend this place for ANYONE wanting to spend an evening out. Oh and the atmosphere. Crowded. It was full the whole time we were eating. I get a bit of anxiety in close quarters with that many people. But again... understandable bc of the quality of food. I went here for my birthday and it was the BEST experience I’ve had at any restaurant ever. I had Colton as my waiter and he did such an amazing job. He was very kind we were so lucky to be served by him. The gauchos were phenomenal/sweet and extremely fast. They always were so considerate and made sure you got what ... you wanted off the menu. The management was super sweet and was so courteous to check in with the guest as well. Everyone here had wonderful personalities. I HAVE to come back again.
